1. Custom Jerseys

Since each custom jersey is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns on custom orders. These jerseys are tailored to your specifications, making them unique and non-resellable.

However, if you receive the wrong item or your custom jersey arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at shopjerseylegacy@gmail.com with clear photos so we can make it right.

📌 Production & Shipping: Custom jerseys require 5-10 days for production, followed by shipping option you select. We appreciate your patience as we craft your jersey with care.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send clear photos of the issue to shopjerseylegacy@gmail.com, so we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

3. Return & Resolution Process

For defective or damaged items, contact us at shopjerseylegacy@gmail.com to initiate a resolution. Depending on the situation, we will offer a free replacement or refund at our discretion.

If a package does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible and will not issue a refund.
